Essential Info

• 6 vs 6 format
• 7 week season - Teams will play 6-8 games pending playoff run
• Games are divided played in two 20 minute halves; running clock
  
• Max roster size of 10 players
  
• Rosters are flexible! -- teams cannot exceed a 2:1 gender ratio
  
• Min. 1 lady dude + 1 dude on the field at all times
• League is capped at 8 teams
• Absolutely NO metal cleats
